How much does it cost?
Our clients pay a flat monthly fee. It’s a transparent and predictable way for you to fully understand the finances behind our services even before signing the contract. Agencies typically charge around 20% of yearly salary, therefore their goal is to hire candidates at the highest possible salary. Whereas, we work with you, try to save you money, and help the company find the right people with the appropriate compensation.
What is RPO (recruitment process outsourcing)?
Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a business model where all, or part, of your recruitment activities, are outsourced to an external service provider. We act as an extension of your internal recruitment department, working under your brand.
What are the benefits of the embedded model?
As you give us the sign-off, our recruiters will be ready to integrate into your team, just like an in-house employee. We understand the company culture better as we are inside it, which leads to better communication with the hiring managers and better and faster hires.
How does it work?
We will set up an initial call to learn more about your needs. As soon as we know more, we’ll search for the perfect match, and pair you up. Then, after meeting our recruiter and finalizing contract terms, we’re ready to start. This usually takes just a few days.

What affects pricing between regions?
Local market rates and recruiter experience vary by region. All pricing stays fully transparent.
Can I start with one recruiter and scale later?
Yes. You can start small and expand your embedded team as needed.
Is there a setup fee?
No. What you see is what you pay.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No lock-ins. Our partnerships are flexible and month-to-month.
Can pricing be adjusted after a demo?
We can always stay flexible and tailor pricing after a demo call if needed.

For potential employees

Do you have offices in the locations you have people working from? Is the position fully remote?
Tribe.xyz is a fully remote company. Our company legal entity is in Prague, CZ, but we do not have physical offices.
Will I know my client upfront? How do you assign clients?
Once you start working at Tribe and you are past your onboarding period, the business development team will strive towards finding you a client that will be a perfect match – not only based on your skills and expertise but also from the soft skill perspective.
How many roles/clients will I have?
You will be working with 1 client at a time. This means you will dedicate 100% of your time to one client only. The number of roles we cover can depend on clients’ needs and expectations, but we aim to work on setting the priorities up to 6 or 7 roles at once.
Which KPIs and targets will I have?
We do not have strict targets and firm goals that we aim to achieve. But we do track and analyze a lot of data and we use the metrics to reduce the cost per hire rate and determine success.
Who will I report to?
We work in small teams within our own agile environment, with a focus on building a strong learning & development culture. You will have a dedicated team lead focused on your growth and development.
