For companies

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope, seniority, and engagement length. Tribe works on a monthly subscription model, not placement fees. This creates predictable cost and flexible scaling. Full pricing details are available on the pricing page.
How fast can we get started?
Most teams go live within one to two weeks. Tribe aligns on roles, hiring goals, and tooling first. Recruiters then embed directly into your workflow.
How is this different from an agency?
Agencies focus on single hires and charge per placement. Tribe works as part of your team. You control priorities, feedback loops, and hiring velocity.
Do recruiters work exclusively for us?
Yes. Recruiters are dedicated and embedded within your company during the engagement. They represent your brand and work only on your roles.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. You can add or reduce capacity as hiring needs change. There is no long-term lock-in.

Embedded recruitment

What does "embedded" mean in practice?
Embedded recruitment means a recruiter works inside your company as part of your team. They use your ATS, follow your hiring process, and represent your employer brand. Unlike agencies, embedded recruiters focus on building long-term hiring pipelines, not one-off placements.
How fast can we start with embedded recruitment?
Most companies start embedded recruitment within one to two weeks. This includes role intake, tooling access, hiring manager alignment, and pipeline setup. Recruiting activity starts immediately after onboarding.
What tools do you work in?
Embedded recruiters work in your existing tools. This includes your ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling tools, and interview platforms. Tribe adapts to your hiring stack instead of forcing new software.
How is embedded recruitment different from a recruitment agency?
Recruitment agencies work role by role and charge per hire. Embedded recruitment provides continuous hiring support through a monthly model. You control priorities, feedback loops, and hiring pace.

Embedded sourcing

What is embedded sourcing?
Embedded sourcing means a dedicated sourcer works inside your team to build talent pipelines. They focus on market mapping, outbound sourcing, and first qualification, using your tools and representing your employer brand.
How many profiles can you deliver per week?
This depends on role complexity, seniority, and market conditions. Most embedded sourcing engagements deliver a consistent flow of qualified profiles each week, aligned with agreed quality criteria rather than volume targets.
How do you measure sourcing quality?
Quality is measured by response rates, qualification rates, interview conversion, and hiring manager feedback. Pipelines are reviewed regularly to improve relevance and signal over time.
Can embedded sourcing be scaled up or down?
Yes. You can increase or reduce sourcing capacity as hiring needs change. This makes embedded sourcing suitable for both short-term hiring pushes and ongoing pipeline building.

Executive recruitment

What is the typical timeline for VP and C-level hiring?
Executive recruitment typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to signed offer. This includes role definition, market mapping, outreach, interviews, and closing. Timelines vary by seniority, market scarcity, and decision speed.
How does confidentiality work in executive recruitment?
All executive recruitment is handled confidentially. Outreach is discreet, messaging is role-specific, and candidate conversations are protected. Searches can be fully confidential when replacing or adding leadership roles.
How you partner with founders and boards?
Tribe works closely with founders, executives, and board members to align on expectations, role scope, and success criteria. You get direct access, honest market feedback, and support through interviews and final decisions.
How is executive recruitment different from traditional executive search firms?
Traditional firms focus on retained placements and percentage-based fees. Tribe focuses on fit, speed, and long-term impact. Incentives stay aligned with hiring the right leader, not rushing a hire.

Questions about pricing

What affects pricing between regions?
Pricing varies by region due to local market rates and recruiter experience. Role seniority, hiring volume, and role scarcity also influence cost. All pricing is transparent and explained upfront.
Can I start with one recruiter and scale later?
Yes. Many teams start with a single embedded recruiter. You can add recruiters or sourcing support as hiring demand increases.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees. The monthly price covers intake, tooling setup, and pipeline groundwork.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Engagements are flexible and run month to month. You can scale or stop based on your hiring needs.
Can pricing be adjusted after a demo?
We can always stay flexible and tailor pricing after a demo call if needed.

For potential employees

Do you have offices, or is the position fully remote?
Tribe is a fully remote company. The legal entity is based in Prague, CZ, but there are no physical offices. All roles are remote by default.
Will I know my client upfront? How are clients assigned?
Yes. After onboarding, Tribe assigns you to a client based on skills, experience, and working style. Client matching is deliberate and discussed before you start with them.
How many roles or clients will I work on at the same time?
You work with one client at a time. You dedicate full focus to that client. The number of roles varies, usually up to six or seven, depending on priority and complexity.
Which KPIs and targets will I have?
KPIs focus on quality and delivery, not volume. Typical metrics include pipeline quality, response rates, interview conversion, and hiring manager feedback. Targets are agreed per client.
How does performance and feedback work at Tribe?
You get regular feedback from both the client and Tribe. Check-ins focus on delivery, collaboration, and workload. The goal is clarity, not micromanagement.
