Do you have offices, or is the position fully remote?
Tribe is a fully remote company. The legal entity is based in Prague, but there are no physical offices. All roles are remote by default, and you can work from any location where Tribe operates.
Will I know my client upfront? How are clients assigned?
Yes. You will know your client before starting. Clients are assigned based on your experience, seniority, and working style. Matching is deliberate and discussed with you before onboarding.
How many roles or clients will I work on at the same time?
You work with one client at a time. Your focus is fully dedicated to that client. The number of roles depends on complexity and priority, usually up to six or seven active roles.
Which KPIs and targets will I have?
KPIs focus on quality and delivery, not volume. Metrics include pipeline quality, response rates, interview conversion, and hiring manager feedback. Targets are agreed per client and reviewed regularly.
How does performance and feedback work at Tribe?
Feedback is continuous and transparent. You receive input from both the client and Tribe through regular check-ins. Reviews focus on delivery, collaboration, and workload, not micromanagement.
