The beginning
Martin started as a recruiter on the road, working with fast-growing tech companies like Spotify and Zalando.
Those years showed him how strong teams are built from the inside, not from the sidelines.ss profile, and reporting cadence.

The idea
When Martin returned to Prague, he wanted to build something more human. A place where people could belong, grow and achieve more together. That vision became Tribe.

Tribe began small.
Martin and a few early Tribesters worked inside startups like TIER Mobility and KAYAK, helping them scale hiring as part of their own teams.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on scope, seniority, and hiring volume. Tribe works on a flat monthly model rather than placement fees, which keeps costs predictable as hiring needs change.
How fast can we get started?
Most teams go live within one to two weeks. This includes role intake, alignment with hiring managers, and access to tools. Once setup is complete, recruiters or sourcers start work immediately.
How is Tribe different from a recruitment agency?
Recruitment agencies work role by role and are paid per placement. Tribe embeds recruiters and sourcers directly into your team. You control priorities, feedback loops, and hiring pace, without incentives to rush hires.
Do recruiters work exclusively for us?
Yes. Recruiters and sourcers are fully dedicated to your company during the engagement. They work only on your roles and represent your employer brand across all candidate interactions.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. You can add or reduce recruiting or sourcing capacity as hiring demand changes. Engagements are flexible and do not require long-term lock-in.
Is Tribe remote?
Yes. Tribe is fully remote. Recruiters work from wherever they are, as long as time zones and collaboration needs align with the role.
Who can join Tribe?
Tribe is for recruiters with hands-on hiring experience. Agency, in-house, or freelance backgrounds are all welcome if you have owned roles end to end.
Do Tribe members ever meet in person?
Yes. While Tribe works remotely, we organize optional team meetups a few times a year. These are about connecting, sharing experiences, and having fun together.
What kind of roles will I work on?
Mostly scale-up and enterprise companies, working on roles across tech, product, data, and go-to-market. From first hires to leadership roles.
How do recruiters grow at Tribe?
Tribe has a clear learning and development plan in place. You get hands-on support from a senior TA lead, regular feedback, and access to weekly learning sessions you can attend. Growth comes from real, increasingly complex hiring challenges.
